Roasting & sourcing
Why roast to order?
Coffee is at its best in the first 2–3 weeks after roasting. By roasting after your order, we lock in freshness and deliver a brighter, more vibrant cup.
Where do you source your beans?
We work directly with growers in Ethiopia, Colombia, Kenya, Guatemala, and more. We buy carefully, pay fairly, and select only the coffees that feel exceptional in the cup.
What’s the difference between light, medium, and dark roast?
Light roasts highlight fruit, floral, and citrus notes. Medium roasts feel balanced and sweet. Dark roasts deliver bolder chocolate and smokier tones with lower acidity.
Orders & shipping
How long does shipping take?
We roast and ship within 24–48 hours. Most orders reach the U.S. within 3–5 business days, depending on your location and carrier speed.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United States. We’re exploring international options and will announce updates through our newsletter.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Take photos within 48 hours and email us at [email protected]. We’ll replace the damaged item or arrange a credit, at no cost to you.
Subscriptions
How do subscriptions work?
Choose a coffee, pick a delivery cadence, and we’ll handle the rest. You can manage frequency, pause, skip, or cancel any time from your account.
Can I change the coffee in my subscription?
Absolutely. You can swap origins or blends before the next shipment. We’ll send a reminder ahead of time so you have plenty of time to update it.
Is annual billing worth it?
Annual plans usually give you the best value and help keep fresh coffee flowing without interruptions. It’s ideal if coffee is part of your daily ritual.
Brewing & storage
How should I store my coffee?
Keep it sealed in its original bag, away from heat, light, and moisture. The pantry is fine; the fridge and freezer are not.
What grind size should I use?
Use a coarse grind for French press, medium for drip brewing, and fine for espresso. We also include brewing notes on each product page.
What is the best brew ratio?
A common starting point is 1:16 — one part coffee to sixteen parts water. For a 12oz cup, that usually falls around 20–22 grams of coffee.
Account & billing
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest, but creating an account gives you easier order tracking, fast reorders, and subscription control.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. Every order is secured and processed with strong encryption.
How do returns work?
Unopened items within 14 days can be returned for a refund or credit. Damaged or incorrect orders are handled at no cost. See our Returns Policy for more.
